From the Beach to the World

A Life Shaped by Adventure, Sports, and Community

Growing up in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA, with the beach as my backyard, I’ve been fortunate to experience a diverse mix of cultures, values, and activities, thanks to many visitors and my two-household family. Sharing time between my mom’s and dad’s homes has given me a wide-ranging view on life. Amid the diverse lifestyles and experiences that shaped my upbringing, sports stands as a cherished constant, valued by both my parents and serving as a unifying thread in my life. Sports have always been a joyful and freeing experience in my life, from recreationally pursuing surfing and tennis to

competing in gymnastics and now I’m just starting out in golf. My stepdad’s Australian heritage also introduced me to international sports like Australian Rules Football and Cricket, enriching my athletic journey. In addition to my love for sports, my dog Jimmy, a special gift on my fifth birthday, has been my loyal companion in all my childhood adventures. Whether we were running along the beach or hosting gatherings with my lifelong friends, Jimmy has always been by my side. My family’s frequent travels to visit relatives across the U.S. and Australia, as well as hosting many travelers at our home, have broadened my horizons, helping me appreciate the beauty of various lifestyles—from cityscapes in Melbourne, Australia, to my aunt’s eco-friendly farm in Verde Valley, Arizona. I not only love traveling the world, but I also have a passion for volunteering. I have been a part of FAV (Female Athlete Volunteers) since the 8th grade and have most recently become a team event leader, where I raised $7,500 dollars to donate to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy. Overall, my experiences and challenges throughout life have shaped me into the person I am today, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

Get to Know Me

Growing up, I can't remember a time in my life when I wasn’t doing gymnastics. Since I started at the age of 3, it has been my passion, embodying everything I love about the sport: teamwork, determination, perseverance and patience. Here, I am at the Tricks-for-Treats competition focused and ready to perform!

Every Christmas since I was little, my Mom, Grandma and I would see ‘The Nutcracker.’ While I’ve outgrown the Nutcracker, we still continue the tradition by attending up-and-coming independent theater performances at the La Jolla Playhouse in La Jolla, CA.

My Australian Labradoodle, Jimmy, loves the beach just as much as I do! We are always sprinting towards the water, eager to jump in!

Whenever my family drives out to Arizona to visit my Grandma and Aunt, my favorite part of the trip is always spending time at my Aunt’s farm.

Being able to share common interests with my Dad, Nana and Aunt, such as golf is an awesome way to spend quality time together!

With my family all over the world, I feel lucky to travel near and far. This latest trip to the Grand Canyon was a favorite visit with my Aunt and Grandma.
